Chine, strakes, keel taped with extra reinforcement. Strakes are also filled with a putty for additional strength.
Composite transom weighs only 37lb. Also visiable is the first layer of structural glass connecting the transom to the bottom.

Floatation Foam is in place, this boat is now unsinkable.
NIDA Core deck getting trimmed to fit before lamination.
The controls will go about here.
No plugs, 400lb engine weight, full fuel load, 100lb gear load, and water didn't even come
through the transom drains.
Once the basic test was done we wanted to see what it would take to totaly swamp the boat. A 2"
water hose was needed to add a little extra water.
